2012 Ram HD - What's New

Improvements and enhancements make their way to the 2012 Ram Heavy Duty via styling, performance, value and safety. New features include standard Electronic Stability Control on all SRW models, the addition of front seat-mounted side airbags*, a new corporate steering wheel with integrated radio, EVIC and cruise controls, several interior and exterior features on Big Horn and Lone Star models, and the available RamBox® on all models with 6"4" beds* ? regardless of price class.

For the driver that demands the efficiency of a light-duty truck with heavy-duty capability for occasional hauling and towing, the 2500 boasts increased GCWR on models with the 5.7L HEMI® resulting from the new 6-speed 66RFE transmission.  And new paint colors on the outside round out the additions within.

Workers that require routine heavy towing and hauling can look to the 2012 Ram 3500 model with an electric integrated trailer brake controller, a well-appointed color palette and some eye-pleasing exterior enhancements.
